Roles & Responsibilities

As a Business Assistant to the Investment Banking Team, you will be the gatekeeper and problem solver, add control to your stakeholders day to day operations and increase productivity.

Job responsibilities

  • Maintains complex and detailed calendars and manage the coordination and logistics of both internal and external meetings
  • Arranges and coordinates complicated domestic and international travel
  • Organizes all aspects for offsite conferences and external events, including catering and transportation
  • Processes invoices and T&E expense claims. Ensures all policies are followed and items are processed within provided guidelines.
  • Acts as a subject matter experts for policies and procedures
  • Produces high quality emails and messages to individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Works cooperatively with the administrative assistants' team, in positive partnership to support each other smoothly
  • Leads and coordinate on ad hoc projects as requested

Desired Candidate Profile

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Fluent Arabic speaker
  • Excellent English skills - reading, writing and speaking
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Advanced ability to organize
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations, and proven experience interacting with senior management
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and ability to manage competing priorities i.e. calendar management
  • Banking or MNC experience
