Roles & Responsibilities

You will play a critical role in originating, structuring, and closing strategic opportunities, working closely with clients to address their most pressing transformation challenges. You will bring together multi-disciplinary teams to develop differentiated, value-led solutions that drive business outcomes and support clients in their digital, cloud, and platform transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Capture Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end sales capture for large, complex opportunities across enterprise technology platforms
  • Define and execute winning strategies, including deal shaping, competitive positioning, and pricing approaches
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams to develop compelling, differentiated client propositions
  • Client Engagement & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, including CIOs and business leaders
  • Understand client priorities and translate them into transformational technology solutions
  • Position Accenture as a strategic partner for enterprise platform and engineering services
  • Solutioning & Value Proposition
  • Shape integrated solutions leveraging Software Engineering, technology platform ecosystems
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure feasible, scalable, and value-driven offerings
  • Articulate clear business value, ROI, and outcomes aligned with client objectives
  • Commercial & Deal Structuring
  • Lead commercial strategy, including deal structuring, pricing, and contract negotiations
  • Manage risk, governance, and compliance throughout the sales lifecycle
  • Drive closure of high-value deals while ensuring alignment with Accenture's profitability targets
  • Business Development & Market Growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within target accounts and sectors
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and industry campaigns for enterprise platforms
  • Support pipeline development and forecasting activities
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Work closely with account teams, capability leads, and global experts to bring the best of Accenture to clients
  • Mentor and support junior sales and solutioning team members
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative sales culture

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in sales capture and deal shaping within a consulting or professional services environment

Strong track record of leading and closing large, complex technology deals

Experience across one or more enterprise platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Red Hat, Cisco, Teradata, or enterprise software engineering solutions)

Deep understanding of enterprise IT transformation, cloud, and platform-based delivery models

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior client stakeholders

Preferred Skills

Experience working with regional clients

Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills

Ability to develop and articulate value-driven business cases

Experience working with global delivery and solutioning teams
