Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Accounting, Costing, VAT compliance and Reporting.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi Arabian tax regulations.
Candidate must possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, expert in Tally Accounting system and have hands-on experience with VAT filing within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
Book keeping & Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management and bank reconciliations.
Costing: Shipment costing & deriving landed cost calculations.
Coordination : Coordinating with the Sales for receivables and , logistics team for inventory to ensure internal operations runs smoothly appropriately
VAT Compliance: Manage the entire VAT lifecycle, including the preparation and accurate filing of monthly/quarterly VAT returns in accordance with ZATCA requirements.
Financial Statements: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Day-to-Day Accounting: Process invoices, manage expense reports, and monitor daily transactions to ensure financial integrity.
Audit Support: Provide necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 5–8 years accounting in Trading company. Strong costing & operational finance exposure.
Saudi Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of professional accounting experience working within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
VAT Expertise:Thorough knowledge of Saudi VAT laws, filing procedures, and ZATCA compliance.
Technical Proficiency: Excellent in Tally + Excel proficiency.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Communication: Excellent Communication Skils in English. Arabic is highly desirable.
