Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently, optimizing the salon's schedule to maximize stylist productivity and minimize client wait times.
  • Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
  • Process transactions accurately, including cash, credit card, and other payment methods, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education in business administration or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably within a salon, spa, or retail environment is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with salon software and point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous; experience with scheduling software is a plus.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks.
