Job Title: Healthcare Facility Development Consultant (Part-Time)

A General Medical Clinic currently under establishment in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Healthcare Facility Development Consultant to support the planning, setup, and operational launch of the clinic on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and define facility requirements and building specifications in accordance with Saudi healthcare regulations and licensing requirements.

• Prepare a comprehensive list of required medical equipment and healthcare technology.

• Recommend and implement appropriate clinical, administrative, and operational software systems.

• Assist in designing the organizational structure and identifying required medical and administrative specialties.

• Provide guidance on medical insurance requirements, licensing processes, and operational procedures.

• Oversee and advise on all phases of clinic establishment, preparation, and readiness for launch.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in establishing, developing, or operating medical clinics, polyclinics, or healthcare centers within Saudi Arabia.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance standards.

• Ability to develop a comprehensive clinic setup and operational plan.

• Previous experience taking a healthcare facility from planning and licensing through operational launch is highly preferred.

مستوصف طبي عام في مرحلة التأسيس بمدينة جدة يعلن عن حاجته إلى خبير أو استشاري في إدارة وتشغيل المنشآت الصحية للعمل بدوام جزئي.

المهام المطلوبة:

• تحديد متطلبات وتجهيزات المبنى وفق اشتراطات الجهات المختصة.

• إعداد قائمة الأجهزة والمعدات الطبية اللازمة.

• تحديد البرامج والأنظمة التشغيلية والإدارية المناسبة.

• المساهمة في وضع الهيكل الوظيفي وتحديد التخصصات الطبية والإدارية المطلوبة.

• تقديم المشورة بشأن متطلبات التأمين الطبي والتراخيص والإجراءات التشغيلية.

• الإشراف الاستشاري على مراحل تأسيس وتجهيز المستوصف حتى بدء التشغيل.

المتطلبات:

• خبرة عملية مثبتة في تأسيس أو تشغيل المستوصفات أو المراكز الطبية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

• معرفة بالاشتراطات التنظيمية والتراخيص الصحية ذات العلاقة.

• القدرة على إعداد خطة متكاملة للتجهيز والتشغيل.
