SearchPlus HR is excited to partner with a Leading Health Care Facility to recruit a Specialist Hematologist who will deliver expert care and innovative treatments to patients with hematologic disorders.

The Specialist Hematologist will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating a wide spectrum of blood disorders.
You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and advancing clinical practice within the facility.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including detailed medical history review and physical examinations.
Order and interpret complex diagnostic tests such as complete blood counts, bone marrow biopsies, and coagulation studies.
Diagnose and manage hematologic diseases including anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, and clotting disorders.
Formulate and adjust treatment plans based on patient response and current clinical guidelines.
Educate patients and their families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and management strategies.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide integrated, patient-centered care.
Participate in clinical research and professional development to maintain expertise in hematology.
Private Health Insurance Training & Development Performance Bonus Qualifications: Medical degree with board certification or equivalent in Hematology.
Extensive clinical experience in hematology with a proven track record of managing complex cases.
In-depth knowledge of hematological diseases and current treatment protocols.
Strong analytical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and patient interaction.
Ability to work both independently and within a multidisciplinary environment.
