Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an Account and Partnerships Manager, KSA to play a key role in building Ten s Business in one of its most high-profile and fast-growing markets. In this role, you will support the growth in our commercial relationships across both Clients and Partners, developing existing relationships, negotiating new strategic partnerships, and leading marketing initiatives.

This is a high-impact role, requiring a high degree of accountability and engagement with senior leadership. It s your chance to define our position in the region, make market-shaping decisions, and create results that influence Ten s global business.

Your key priorities will be:

Account Management

  • Oversee the successful delivery of the corporate programme(s), meeting shared objectives and success metrics.
  • Manage the governance process, with monthly meetings and quarterly strategic business reviews.
  • Resolve day-to-day issues promptly and escalate appropriately.
  • Work with other departments to ensure member communications are used to build engagement.
  • Share good news both externally and to relevant teams internally.
  • Provide accurate, timely reports, analysing trends and translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Build a strong network of stakeholder relationships within the corporate client organization to unlock growth opportunities.
  • Raise invoices in a timely manner and ensure payment is promptly received.

Partnership and Proposition Development

  • Identify key partnerships in the region and negotiate a range of assets for the local market that drive engagement and strong NPS, through favourable rates, offers and events for members.
  • Monitor trends in luxury travel and lifestyle and develop the proposition accordingly to ensure our service remains cutting-edge and desirable.
  • Monitor partner performance to ensure consistently high-quality service delivery and analyse redemption data and member demand to refine partnership strategies.
  • Arrange and manage partner activities, as appropriate, such as networking soir es, training sessions, ensuring they are well-organized and impactful.
  • Track and report on Objectives and Key Results (OKR) related to partnership success.
  • Use data analytics to drive improvements in partnership offerings and member experiences.

Marketing, Content and Communications

  • Work closely with marketing and content teams to develop and execute campaigns featuring the best mix of assets to meet the specific success metrics of the programme.
  • Networking and hosting member-facing events from time to time.
  • Design and implement innovative, segmented marketing campaigns that drive member requests, bookings, and engagement.
  • Clearly communicate campaign purpose and value to internal teams and clients to ensure buy-in and alignment.
  • Encourage feedback and incorporate learnings into future campaigns for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other Ten teams across markets where corporate clients operate.

Your profile

  • Proven track record of growing business and partnerships in the region.
  • Good understanding of the demands of service-led industries (luxury, hospitality, travel, concierge) and high net worth customers and how to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to build trust and influence quickly with both clients and internal teams.
  • Commercially minded to spot partnership opportunities and execute at pace.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
