• Manage and administer hybrid cloud environments across Azure, GCP, and OCI, including provisioning, monitoring, and optimization
• Maintain and support Microsoft ecosystem services: Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange Server, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and WSUS
• Administer VMware virtualization stack (vSphere, NSX, vSAN, ESXi, Hyper-V) and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Support and implement disaster recovery (DR) solutions, backup strategies (Veeam, VXrail), and business continuity planning
• Manage Linux-based systems (RedHat, Ubuntu) including configuration, patching, log analysis, and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to implement security controls, firewall policies, IDS/IPS rules, VPN configurations, and certificate management
• Execute infrastructure migration and upgrade projects in alignment with client roadmaps
• Provide Level 2 incident resolution, root cause analysis, and escalation management within agreed SLAs
• Coordinate with SAT Microsystems Program Manager for task tracking, progress reporting, and service delivery alignment
• Participate in audit and compliance activities, ensuring documentation and controls meet client governance standards

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Master’s degree in Cloud Computing, AI, or related discipline is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in systems administration, infrastructure support, or platform engineering
• Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise clients in healthcare, government, or similarly regulated industries
• Prior experience in a managed services or consulting delivery model preferred
