Roles & Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our award-winning team supporting a major earthworks and infrastructure package within a high-profile giga-project environment in Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.

We envisage success in this role to include:

  • Liaising with clients, developers, consultants, contractors, and KEO internal construction management, supervision, planning, engineering, and design divisions.
  • Supporting the Project Director in the successful delivery of all contracted PM/CM and supervision services.
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships while enhancing business opportunities and project performance.
  • Participating in establishing and implementing the Project Management Plan, project procedures, and reporting systems.
  • Assisting in the implementation of risk management processes to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and monitor corrective actions.
  • Reviewing project proposals and plans to determine timeframes, staffing requirements, project constraints, and execution strategies.
  • Supporting procurement and tender activities including preparation of RFPs, evaluation of consultant and contractor submissions, and recommendation reporting.
  • Monitoring consultant design progress and ensuring timely review of design submissions throughout all project stages.
  • Participating in the planning and development of design alternatives, construction methodologies, and technical solutions.
  • Coordinating and managing technical reviews of contractor submissions including shop drawings, method statements, material approvals, temporary works, and related documentation.
  • Monitoring construction progress, technical compliance, quality standards, and contractor performance across all project stages.
  • Supporting the resolution of technical issues, interface coordination matters, and construction-related risks.
  • Organizing and chairing meetings and workshops with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders, including preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly progress reports, executive summaries, and client presentations.
  • Advising the Client and Project Director on matters relating to cost, scope, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • Reviewing and monitoring project cost estimates, value engineering proposals, feasibility studies, and cost reconciliations.
  • Supporting commercial and contracts teams with variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
  • Promoting a strong Health, Safety & Environment culture across the project and ensuring compliance with project HSE standards and procedures.
  • Supporting quality assurance, document control, testing and commissioning, handover, and close-out activities.
  • Assisting with Defects Liability Period (DLP) activities and final project close-out deliverables.

Desired Candidate Profile

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 15-20 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor s Civil Engineering..

  • Minimum 15 20 years of relevant experience within project management, PMCM, site supervision, infrastructure, earthworks, or heavy civil projects.
  • Strong experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or earthworks projects within the GCC region.
  • Experience working under FIDIC or similar forms of contract
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management accreditation is preferred.
