Roles & Responsibilities
The incoming CEO will oversee:
- Multi-site operations and customer delivery performance
- Commercial growth and operating economics
- Workforce and leadership alignment across a distributed organisation
- Ongoing transformation and operational-modernisation initiatives
- Executive governance and board engagement
- Strategic partnerships and long-term operating scalability
The board is seeking a commercially mature operator who can balance disciplined execution with sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving Saudi market environment.
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in large-scale operating environments.
- At least 5 years in senior leadership positions such as CEO, COO, Country Head, or leading significant business units.
- Demonstrated accountability for Profit and Loss within operationally intensive organizations.
- Proven experience in managing extensive workforce populations and distributed operational models.
- Exemplary executive presence when engaging with boards, shareholders, or governance entities.
- Experience operating within Saudi Arabia, the GCC, Africa, and globally is highly preferred.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is desirable.
Particular interest in leaders who have:
- Led operational transformation at scale
- Managed customer-facing service or infrastructure-heavy businesses
- Built strong executive teams and succession depth
- Stabilised performance while maintaining growth momentum
- Operated effectively in founder-led, family-owned, shareholder-led, or institutional environments
