Overview
The Digital Transformation and AI Manager will be responsible for leading the integration of digital technologies and artificial intelligence into the Metro Project Management framework during its Operations & Maintenance (O&M) phase. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting data-driven decision-making through AI-powered solutions.
Your role
- Responsible for the development and execution of strategies to integrate digital technologies and AI into all aspects of Metro Project Management.
- Support the Employer in the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions aimed at project optimization, analytics, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for digital enhancement and automation across operational workflows.
- Lead initiatives that leverage AI for predictive maintenance, performance tracking, and real-time data analysis.
- Ensure alignment of digital transformation efforts with project goals, regulatory standards, and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve the metro s digital and AI capabilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in digital transformation, AI implementation, or technology integration, preferably within infrastructure or transport projects.
- Proven track record of deploying AI-driven solutions for operational optimization and performance analytics.
- Strong understanding of project management systems, data platforms, and AI tools applicable to large-scale transport operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in metro or railway infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with smart city technologies and intelligent transport systems.
- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or digital transformation frameworks.
