About the Role:
The role involves leading the portfolio prioritization and alignment with strategic initiatives, ensuring that projects and programs align with RB's overall strategic direction throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Leads the portfolio prioritization & alignment with strategic initiatives & objective Ensure the alignment of Projects/Programs with the overall strategic direction of RB throughout the project’s lifecycle Prioritize the project portfolio in alignment with the strategic pillars, and initiatives Provide the necessary support to the Corporate Strategy Delivery Contribute in the achievements of the strategic initiatives through proper planning, prioritization, monitoring and controlling Monitor the delivery of business results expected in the overall portfolio by applying benefits realization management framework Review the impact of program changes on the business case, and re-forecast value creation/benefit realization Tracks value and benefit realization based on a clear set of KPIs, from discovery till closure Orchestrate the CR quarterly planning with BUs and BT, and plan accordingly with clear priorities, and agreed target delivery dates Develop the capacity planning to ensure an optimized matching between resources’ demand and supply Plan for efficient and adequate utilization of resources by applying projects prioritization techniques Ensures compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department in order to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance and a responsible environmental attitude Undertake any other related duties or tasks as directed and required by the Bank
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Management, Strategy or Finance8-10 years of experience in project management Language: English: Advanced
