Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements Prepare accurate cost estimates for ELV and electrical packages Conduct quantity take-offs from IFC and tender drawings Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams during tender stage Analyze project risks, specifications, and value engineering opportunities Ensure compliance with project requirements, local regulations, and client standards Maintain updated pricing databases and cost benchmarks Support pre-contract and bid management activities Attend tender clarification meetings and client discussions when required

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Electrical / ELV Estimation Previous experience with Interior Fit-Out contractors, MEP contractors, or specialist ELV contractors Strong experience on commercial, hospitality, retail, aviation, or mixed-use projects GCC experience is mandatory (Saudi Arabia preferred) Strong understanding of tendering procedures and pre-contract activities Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience preparing BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions
