Roles & Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP implementation programs.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and delivery governance.

Oversee cutover planning, go-live execution, hypercare, and coexistence strategy.

Manage environment and instance planning, release management, and testing governance.

Coordinate data migration, reconciliation, and business readiness activities.

Lead stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and executive reporting.

Ensure compliance with PMO governance and telecom industry standards.

Support organizational change management, training, and user adoption activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

12+ years of experience in project and program management, with a proven track record of leading complex transformation initiatives.

Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Corporation Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.

Proven experience managing large-scale ERP transformation programs across multiple sectors and enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies, with the ability to adapt delivery approaches based on project needs.

Extensive expertise in ERP governance, cutover planning and execution, testing management, data migration, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
