Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Civil Engineer (Saudi National) to join our site team on a major public realm development in Diriyah, which includes a series of iconic and neighborhood parks, open spaces, and over 55 kilometers of streetscape. The objective of this program is to create a vibrant, inclusive environment that enhances livability, accessibility, and community well-being.

What You ll Be Doing

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.
• Develop project plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and staff.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

What Required Skills You ll Bring

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Master s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
