Roles & Responsibilities
Serves as the Senior Aviation Ammo & Refuel Instructor under the guidance of the Aviation Institute's Technical Department Training Manager. This role involves delivering instruction for the 92F MOS Qualification Course, including academic teaching, hands-on performance training, evaluations, and developing course schedules to ensure students meet proficiency and maintenance standards. Additionally, responsible for maintaining accurate Student Training Records.
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of Army Aviation training concepts, administration, operations, and logistics.
- Proven ability to manage a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; must be experienced in using Adobe Pro and other relevant programs and applications.
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma.
- Graduate of the US Army Petroleum Supply Specialist course or an equivalent military/civilian program.
- At least six years as a Petroleum Supply Specialist or comparable experience.
- Capable of developing syllabi and teaching 92F Aviation Ammo & Refuel candidates.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
