Supply Chain General Manager (GM) We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Supply Chain General Manager to lead and transform our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is critical in driving efficiency, cost optimization, and operational excellence while aligning supply chain strategies with overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership, aligning Supply Chain objectives with the organization’s overall strategy. Develop and oversee supply chain plans to optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Lead procurement operations, ensuring effective demand planning, vendor negotiations, and purchasing within budget. Oversee vendor management, including sourcing, prequalification, performance evaluation, and relationship management. Ensure proper contract lifecycle management, including drafting, reviewing, renewing, and compliance with vendor agreements. Supervise the efficient receipt of goods and services, ensuring timely payments and accurate documentation. Manage logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution processes. Monitor and track KPIs to evaluate supply chain performance and provide regular insights to senior management. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain effectiveness and resilience. Lead and develop the team through coaching, training, and mentorship programs. Oversee supply chain-related projects, ensuring timely execution and successful delivery. Qualifications & Experience Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in Supply Chain Management or related fields, with strong leadership experience. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven expertise in procurement, logistics, vendor management, and supply chain optimization. Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in large-scale or complex operations is highly desirable
