Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Procurement Engineer. The Procurement Engineer will be responsible for:• Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications• Handle RFQs and supplier negotiations• Prepare technical & commercial comparisons• Ensure material compliance with project requirements• Develop and manage approved supplier/vendor lists
Qualifications• Excellent Communication skills to manage vendor relationships and collaborate with internal teams• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and handle multiple priorities effectively• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering• 2–5 years of experience in construction procurement• Strong knowledge of construction materials and suppliers• ERP system experience• Excellent English communication skills
