Role Overview To assist customers by providing accurate information, guidance, and excellent service while actively supporting sales activities, promoting company services, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities· Welcome customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. · Provide guidance and detailed information about company services, products, locations, or tours (as applicable). · Assist customers with inquiries, bookings, registrations, or service requests. · Promote and sell company services/products to achieve sales targets. · Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. · Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings, promotions, and operational procedures. · Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and escalate when required. · Support administrative tasks related to sales transactions and customer records. · Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery. · Prepare daily sales/activity reports when required. · Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
