Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media platforms & influencer partnerships
  • Optimize website, SEO, and paid digital campaigns to boost direct bookings
  • Collaborate with creative teams on branding, PR, and visual assets
  • Support events, promotions, and revenue-driving initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Candidate Profile

Your experience and skills include:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brands
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or a combination of education and experience
  • Strong brand storytelling skills with experience managing digital content and social media
  • Advanced knowledge of Content Management Systems, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva), WordPress, and Microsoft 365
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools (GA4 certification is a plus)
