Roles & Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
ICT Interface Leadership & Governance:
Develop and implement ICT interface strategies, processes, and standards across all project phases.
Establish governance frameworks for system integration, testing, and operational readiness.
Ensure ICT interface plans are aligned with project objectives, aviation standards, and stakeholder requirements.
System Integration & Design Coordination:
Define interface requirements for communication, security, operational, and management systems.
Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure ICT systems interoperability.
Review and validate ICT interface designs, ensuring compliance with airport/airfield standards and regulations.
Installation & Commissioning Support:
Support the installation, testing, and commissioning of ICT systems and interfaces.
Validate end-to-end connectivity between airport operational systems, including safety and security systems.
Ensure system performance meets project specifications and operational requirements.
Risk & Issue Management:
Identify, assess, and mitigate ICT interface risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans for potential ICT failures or delays.
Provide timely escalation and resolution strategies to project leadership.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:
Liaise with contractors, vendors, consultants, airport authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless ICT integration.
Facilitate interface workshops, technical review meetings, and progress updates.
Ensure clear and timely communication of ICT performance, issues, and mitigation actions.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare technical interface documentation, reports, and as-built records.
Ensure compliance with project governance, aviation standards, and ICT policies.
Maintain interface logs, testing reports, and technical records for audit purposes.
Continuous Improvement & Technology Adoption:
Recommend and implement ICT best practices and innovative solutions.
Support automation, monitoring, and analytics to enhance ICT interface performance.
Stay updated with industry trends, standards, and emerging airport ICT technologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
What Required Skills You ll Bring:
Bachelor s degree in Information & Communication Technology, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in ICT interface, systems integration, or ICT delivery for large-scale infrastructure projects.
Experience in airport, airfield, or aviation-related ICT projects preferred.
Proven ability to manage ICT interface across multiple stakeholders and technical systems.
Strong understanding of ICT systems including LAN/WAN, IP networks, CCTV, access control, SCADA, communication, and operational systems.
Experience with system integration, testing, and commissioning.
Familiarity with aviation standards (ICAO, ACI, local aviation authority regulations).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What Desired Skills You ll Bring:
Professional certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, PMP, ITIL, or equivalent.
Experience with airport operational systems (AODB, BHS, FIDS, ACS, CCTV, etc.).
Familiarity with cyber-security standards and ICT compliance in airport operations.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure projects with multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management and interface coordination skills.
