Role Purpose:The Procurement Supervisor will support project operations by managing day-to-day procurement activities for construction and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on project-based and site procurement, ensuring timely sourcing, supplier coordination, material availability, and smooth support for project execution requirements.
Key Responsibilities:• Handle procurement activities for ongoing project and site requirements• Manage RFQs, quotation comparisons, supplier negotiations, and purchase orders• Follow up on project material deliveries and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors• Support project teams to ensure smooth procurement operations aligned with project schedules• Coordinate directly with site engineers, project managers, and warehouse teams• Source construction materials and services based on project specifications and operational needs• Monitor procurement status and maintain proper documentation and reporting Requirements:• Diploma degree in a relevant field• Minimum 5 years of experience in project procurement within construction or infrastructure projects• Strong site procurement experience is mandatory• Experience in roads, utilities, civil, or infrastructure projects is highly preferred• Good understanding of construction materials and project procurement workflows• Previous Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred• Strong negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
