Our client, a fast growing Fin Tech / Financial services company, is looking to hire an experienced Compliance Manager with SAMA regulatory experience to lead compliance and AML/CTF operations, ensure regulatory adherence, and strengthen financial crime prevention frameworks.
Requirements:5–8+ years’ experience in compliance, AML/CTF, or financial crime within financial services or fintech Experience working with SAMAPrevious leadership experience in a compliance function Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulations and regulatory frameworks Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CAMS or similar certification preferred Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Key Responsibilities Manage and enhance compliance and AML/CTF frameworks, policies, and controls Conduct risk assessments and oversee transaction monitoring activities Handle regulatory reporting and compliance investigations Act as the main point of contact for regulatory authorities Deliver compliance training and promote a strong compliance culture Lead compliance operations and support continuous process improvement
