We are currently recruiting for experienced Estimation Engineers to join a growing organization in Saudi Arabia.
We are hiring:2 x Civil Estimation Engineers2 x MEP Estimation Engineers
The successful candidates must have strong experience within Tendering & Estimation Departments and proven exposure to preparing cost estimates for construction projects.
Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates for Civil or MEP construction projects Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and RFPsConduct quantity verification and identify discrepancies within tender documentation Prepare cost breakdowns, rate build-ups, and pricing calculations Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations Estimate manpower, material, equipment, and project execution costs Support tender submissions and internal approval processes Work closely with Procurement, Contracts, Finance, and Project Operations teams Ensure accurate and timely submission of tender estimates
Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline Minimum 8 years’ experience within Tendering & Estimation for construction projects Strong experience in cost estimation, BOQs, tendering, and pricing Must have prior experience working within a Tendering & Estimation Department Experience within Civil or MEP construction projects is essential Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and project costing Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tender deadlines GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is preferred
