We are looking for a proactive and organised People Coordinator to join our People & Culture team in Riyadh. This role will support the day-to-day HR operations across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a smooth employee experience while maintaining compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing:Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and personnel documentation Support onboarding, offboarding, contract renewals, employee transfers, and other lifecycle activities Coordinate recruitment activities including posting vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates and hiring managers Assist with payroll inputs, employee insurance administration, and HR reporting Monitor leave, attendance, and employee documentation to ensure records remain accurate and up to date Liaise with internal departments including Finance, IT, PRO, and department heads to support smooth HR operations Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a positive and seamless new joiner experience Assist in organising employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing activities, internal events, and company communications Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law, company policies, and internal HR procedures Provide day-to-day administrative support to the People & Culture team while continuously looking for ways to improve processes and efficiency
What You’ll Bring:1–3 years’ experience within HR administration or coordination Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes Knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR best practices Strong communication skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Fluent English communication skills
