- Project Controls Manager
- Technical Manager (Infrastructure/Utilities)
- Quantity Surveyor Manager
- Senior Urban Planning Specialist
- Senior Transport Engineer
- Senior Irrigation Engineer
- Senior Drainage Engineer
- Senior Road Engineer
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience (15 years preferred)
- International PMC background required
- Experience with Tier 1 international firms preferred
- Currently based in KSA or Iqama-ready
- Western-trained professionals preferred
