Job description

Overseas Sales Engineer


1. Responsible for overseas market expansion in prefabricated interior construction, building interior decoration, and building materials, including project information tracking, customer development, project implementation, business negotiation, and contract signing.


2. Possesses strong market development capabilities and abundant customer resources; strong individual operational ability, capable of independently visiting, following up with, and closing deals with Chinese and foreign clients in various countries.


3. Has experience in international engineering market development and is familiar with Chinese-funded institutions and local government and business resources in various countries.


4. Fluent in Arabic or English and able to travel overseas frequently.


5. Responsible for the entire order process, including order tracking, contract signing, fulfillment, and payment collection.


6. Has a strong drive for market development.


7. Meticulous, patient, with strong learning ability and the ability to work under pressure.


8. Achieve performance targets according to the company's departmental annual plan.

Skills

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, International Trade, or Language-related fields; age 25-40; fluent in English (written and spoken); basic Arabic communication skills preferred.


2. Proficient in international engineering and trade business processes; familiar with markets in Belt and Road countries such as the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Russia.


3. At least 2 years of relevant work experience; overseas posting experience and access to overseas Chinese infrastructure clients are preferred; strong language, learning, and sales skills are preferred for domestic/overseas key account managers.


4. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a willingness to take risks. A deep understanding of marketing, good market judgment and development capabilities, and strong organizational and management skills.


5. Excellent overall qualities; strong public relations and interpersonal skills; negotiation skills; and strong adaptability. Alignment with and acceptance of the company culture. Sensitive to market information and customer needs.


6. Willing to travel overseas for medium to long periods.
