Steel Structure Factory Sales Representatives (Multiple Openings)

Responsibilities:

1. Promote and sell the company's steel structure factory solutions in the local market, actively develop customer resources, and achieve sales targets.
2. Conduct in-depth analysis of local market demands and the competitive landscape, providing valuable insights for product optimization and market strategy formulation.
3. Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Assist the company in market research and analysis, collecting market intelligence and competitor information.

Skills

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related construction field.
2. Proven experience in construction project sales.
3. Preference will be given to Chinese nationals with long-term study or work experience locally who are familiar with local policies, culture, and market environment.
4. Experience in selling steel structure factories/plants is highly preferred.
5. Excellent communication and sales skills.
6. Strong market development capabilities, resilience under pressure, and a proactive drive to challenge oneself and pursue excellence.
