The role involves managing multidisciplinary coordination, producing high‑quality technical deliverables, and ensuring systems are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest professional standards from concept through to construction.   Key Responsibilities Lead the design development of ICT, ELV and Security systems from concept through to detailed design, tender documentation and construction support. Undertake conceptual studies, including system strategies, plant and space requirements, and preparation of design principles and sketches. Prepare design reports, calculations, specifications, cost estimates and tender documentation. Ensure all designs comply with relevant local and international codes, standards and client requirements. Coordinate designs with MEP, architectural, interior design, structural, utilities and specialist disciplines to achieve fully integrated solutions. Supervise the production of drawings and technical documentation. Propose cost‑effective and value‑engineered solutions without compromising performance or compliance. Attend site meetings as required and provide technical support to resolve construction, coordination and progress issues. Support the preparation of feasibility studies, engineer’s estimates and site acceptance documentation.   Skills and Competencies Strong technical expertise in ICT, ELV and Security systems design and delivery. Proficiency in relevant industry software, including hands‑on experience with BIM and digital design tools. Ability to manage workloads effectively across multiple projects and teams. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
