The opportunity

Almarai is seeking a Senior Divisional HSS Manager to lead health, safety, and security across our operations. This strategic role is key to minimizing risk and driving performance through world-class safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation of ISO 45001:2018-aligned OHSMS
• Promote a strong safety culture across all sites
• Provide expert HSS guidance to leadership and teams
• Drive continuous improvement in risk management

What You’ll Need:

• Degree or Level 6 qualification in HSS
• GRAD IOSH (working toward CMIOSH or IIRSM)
• 15+ years in senior HSS roles within FMCG
• Proven leadership in managing HSS teams and standards
