Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.
- Supervise administrative and operational staff.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and service quality.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with medical teams to improve operational performance.
- Prepare operational reports and achieve branch targets.
- Handle scheduling, staffing, and overall branch performance.
Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in hospital, medical center, or healthcare operations management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare systems is preferred.
Preferred:- Experience in private healthcare or medical complexes.
- Arabic & English communication skills.
