Duration: Initial 3-month engagement, with potential extension

Client: Local bank

Westbourne + Partners is looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture Lead for a banking client in Jeddah.

The initial engagement will focus on reviewing the bank’s existing enterprise architecture capability. This will include a current state assessment, related enterprise architecture activities, and the development of a roadmap.

After the initial 3 months, the role may continue into running the Enterprise Architecture office.

Key responsibilities:

• Review the existing enterprise architecture capability
• Conduct a current state assessment
• Assess existing EA processes, governance, artefacts, and operating model
• Develop an enterprise architecture roadmap
• Support the definition of target state architecture capabilities
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders
• Provide leadership across enterprise architecture activities
• Potentially lead and run the Enterprise Architecture office after the initial phase

Skills

Required experience:

• Strong enterprise architecture experience, ideally within banking or financial services
• Experience conducting current state assessments
• Experience developing enterprise architecture roadmaps
• Strong understanding of EA governance, operating models, and architecture capability building
• Ability to engage senior business and technology stakeholders
