Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse roles across multiple geographies.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for Middle East and Asia markets, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural nuances.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain strong networks and talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Promote the company s employer brand through social media, job boards, and regional events to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate journey, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Prior experience in an in-house recruitment role, ideally within a multinational organization.
Proven track record of recruiting across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in technology or software industry recruitment.
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
