Roles & Responsibilities
You should be as comfortable designing a high-end visual identity system as you are animating a dynamic social asset or building motion-led campaign content. We re looking for someone with strong taste, strong craft, and a curiosity for where creative technology is heading.
An understanding of emerging AI-powered creative workflows is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality creative across branding, campaigns, social, digital, and event content
- Create both static and motion assets to a premium standard
- Translate strategic ideas into visually compelling creative
- Help evolve and maintain visual systems across multiple brands and touchpoints
- Work closely with creative directors, strategists, editors, and wider marketing teams
- Design for modern platforms and audiences with a strong understanding of social-first content
- Bring ideas to life through motion, animation, transitions, and visual storytelling
- Explore and integrate new creative tools, workflows, and technologies where relevant
- Maintain consistency, detail, and craft across fast-moving projects and timelines
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in a design or multidisciplinary creative role
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and motion work
- Excellent understanding of typography, composition, layout, colour, and visual storytelling
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- After Effects
- Photoshop
- Illustrator
- Indesign
- Premiere Pro
- Powerpoint - Google slides
- Experience designing for digital, social, brand, and experiential environments
- Strong understanding of motion design principles and animation pacing
- Ability to work independently and remotely while managing deadlines effectively
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A modern visual aesthetic with awareness of contemporary design and culture
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D tools
- Understanding of AI-assisted creative workflows and tools such as Midjourney, Nanobanna and Higgsfield
- Experience within events, entertainment, technology, or brand experience sectors
- Basic editing, sound, or storytelling capabilities
- Experience creating content for large-scale screens, stages, or immersive environments
