Roles & Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional platforms

  • Create and maintain strategic marketing plans aligned with organizational objectives and target audience insights
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategy
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee content calendars and marketing initiatives across all platforms
  • Manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and analyze return on investment (ROI) for campaigns
  • Identify, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and marketing impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging
  • Develop compelling copy and creative briefs for various marketing materials and campaigns
  • Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, personalization, and performance tracking
  • Support event planning and promotion, including pre-event marketing, live engagement, and post-event analysis
  • Analyze marketing data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Stay current with marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve campaign performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners

Desired Candidate Profile

**Required Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 1 3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Proficiency with marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in budget management and financial analysis
  • Experience with content calendar planning and management
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Knowledge of brand management and brand positioning strategies
  • Experience supporting or promoting online events and webinars
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
  • Knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market and regional consumer behavior
  • Certification in digital marketing or related field
  • Self-motivated, proactive approach with strong initiative and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrated innovation and creative thinking in marketing solutions
