Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day stage operations, including setup, required equipment, and workflow coordination during production activities
• Support virtual production stage operations by coordinating between production, camera, LED volume, tracking, playback, and technical teams
• Coordinate on-site vendors, deliveries, shipments, access, and operational logistics for production activities
• Coordinate with facility management teams for maintenance-related requirements, including electrical, water, utilities, and general operational support
• Track, organize, and maintain stage, production, and virtual production equipment, including inventory records, media drives, and storage workflows
• Coordinate equipment maintenance, repairs, servicing, and proper handling of production gear and materials
• Support on-site data wrangling workflows, including media handling, file transfers, and production data organization
• Assist the Stage and Production Manager with operational coordination, scheduling updates, reporting, call sheets, and daily production documentation
• Take meeting notes and distribute daily updates, action points, schedules, and production communications across departments
• Monitor on-stage safety compliance and support troubleshooting of operational challenges during production activities
  

Desired Candidate Profile

Must be a Saudi national and currently residing in Saudi Arabia

Prior experience in production coordination, stage management, virtual production, film production, live events, broadcast, or a related technical production environment

Familiarity with virtual production pipelines, LED stages, camera tracking systems, playback workflows, or technical production environments is preferred

Experience working with vendors, crews, production teams, and facility or studio management teams

Familiarity with equipment handling, inventory tracking, media management, and basic technical production gear

Understanding of on-site data wrangling workflows and production media handling practices is an advantage

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in fast-paced, high-pressure production environments

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Excellent communication and coordination skills across multiple departments and stakeholders

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to operational challenges on set

Understanding of on-set safety standards and production best practices

Proficiency in basic production documentation, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms

Flexibility to work extended hours and production schedules when required
