Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Coordinator to support business development, client engagement, and opportunity management activities across infrastructure and aviation sectors.

The role will focus on client registrations, pipeline tracking, proposal coordination, and supporting strategic BD initiatives across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client registrations, vendor portals, and prequalification processes
  • Maintain BD pipelines, opportunity trackers, and client databases
  • Monitor EOIs, RFQs, RFPs, and submission deadlines
  • Support preparation of capability statements and marketing materials
  • Coordinate with proposal, technical, and management teams
  • Support client engagement activities and stakeholder coordination
  • Prepare BD reports, dashboards, and market intelligence updates
  • Maintain BD systems, records, and documentation

Professional Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Experience with CRM systems and BD tracking tools is an advantage
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Aviation, or related field
  • 8 10 years of experience in business development or client engagement
  • Experience in consultancy, engineering, or professional services environments
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs)
  • Experience supporting infrastructure or aviation projects is preferred
