Overview


The Soft Services and Logistics Coordinator serves as the central point for managing and coordinating all soft services and logistics operations within the community. The role ensures that services such as cleaning, waste management, pest control, and logistics are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with service agreements and client expectations. With a strong focus on quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction, the coordinator also oversees sustainability initiatives, service request management, and continuous improvement of operational processes.


Your role
  • Support day-to-day operations of soft services including cleaning, pest control, waste management, and logistics
  • Ensure services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with service delivery plans and standards
  • Supervise subcontractors and monitor performance against SLAs, KPIs, and HSE requirements
  • Manage community furniture, assets, and Client Furnished Equipment (CFE), ensuring proper tracking and maintenance
  • Plan and maintain janitorial schedules for all indoor and outdoor areas based on usage and service needs
  • Coordinate cleaning activities to ensure effective resource deployment and uninterrupted service delivery
  • Conduct inspections and audits to ensure cleanliness, quality standards, and compliance with procedures
  • Identify service gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions
  • Monitor workforce attendance, productivity, and task completion
  • Ensure proper usage and safe storage of cleaning materials, equipment, and chemicals
  • Coordinate deep cleaning and special janitorial tasks as required
  • Oversee waste management operations, including collection tracking and reporting
  • Maintain waste management records and support sustainability initiatives such as composting and mulching
  • Ensure proper waste segregation and compliance with environmental standards
  • Manage nursery facilities and logistics related to plants and materials
  • Handle and track service requests through the Help Desk system, ensuring timely resolution
  • Investigate client complaints and implement corrective actions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to resolve operational issues
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced service delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Maintain a safe and professional working environment for all stakeholders
About you

Experience


  • Mandatory experience in Facilities Management (FM)
  • Proven experience in waste management operations
  • Practical knowledge of soft services and logistics operations

Skills & Knowledge


  • Strong understanding of HSE standards, policies, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality
  • Strong problem-solving skills and focus on continuous improvement
