Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business opportunities across key healthcare accounts in the Eastern Province
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and key decision-makers
  • Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in IVD / diagnostics sales within the healthcare sector

  • Strong track record in both new business acquisition and account management
  • Established network within hospitals and laboratories in the Eastern Province is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
