Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new business opportunities across key healthcare accounts in the Eastern Province
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and key decision-makers
- Manage and grow existing accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in IVD / diagnostics sales within the healthcare sector
- Strong track record in both new business acquisition and account management
- Established network within hospitals and laboratories in the Eastern Province is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
