  • Support management in scheduling meetings and organizing office records.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure the workspace is organized.
  • Assist in preparing reports and basic data entry tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

Home International Trading Company (HITC) is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to manage administrative tasks and support daily operations in our Jeddah office. Preference will be given to candidates from Kerala or Mangalore, India

  • Residency: Candidate must currently reside in Jeddah, KSA.
