We are seeking a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a strong aesthetic sense, capable of producing professional advertising content that supports marketing campaign performance, collaborating directly with the Campaign Manager and the development team.


Responsibilities:

• Design professional advertising materials (images – posts – ads)

• Edit advertising videos (Reels / TikTok / Snapchat)

• Prepare multiple ad copies for performance testing (Creatives Variations)

• Add engaging advertising texts (Hooks) within the video

• Improve content based on campaign results

• Collaborate with:

• Campaign Manager (Media Buyer)

• Development Team (Photographers + Cinematic Production)

• Maintain a luxurious and consistent visual identity with the brand

Skills

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in design and editing

• Proficiency in:

• Photoshop / Illustrator

• Premiere Pro / After Effects

• Experience in producing tailored content for advertisements (not just standard design)

• Understanding of advertising marketing fundamentals (Hook – Retention – Conversion)

• Speed in executing edits and producing multiple copies



Preferred:

• Experience in social media content (especially Reels and TikTok)

• Working on luxury-themed content (Luxury Content)

• Understanding how design impacts advertising performance (Performance Driven Design)
