Roles & Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent using diverse channels, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a strong pipeline.

  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit, focusing on identifying potential.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely placements.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to fill open positions quickly.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A High school diploma or equivalent is required, a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Knowledge in Saudi laws.

  • Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the technology, healthcare, or finance industries.

  • Bilingual enabling effective communication with candidates and stakeholders is added advantage.
