Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative interior and furniture designs that align with client vision and project requirements, considering functionality, aesthetics, and budget constraints.
• Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and 3D models using CAD software and other design tools to communicate design intent effectively to clients and contractors.
• Select and source appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings, managing vendor relationships and ensuring quality control throughout the procurement process.
• Oversee project execution, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion and adherence to design specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in design principles and techniques.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software, showcasing the ability to create detailed 2D and 3D designs.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design or furniture design, indicating practical experience in the field.
• Proven experience in residential or commercial projects, demonstrating a diverse portfolio of successful design projects.
