Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team in developing and implementing comprehensive test strategies tailored to specific projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define testing parameters and success criteria.
• Design and maintain automated testing frameworks, ensuring they are scalable and robust to handle future project demands.
• Conduct regular reviews of test plans and test cases, ensuring coverage of all functional and non-functional requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• We are looking for a seasoned QA Lead with over 10 years of experience in end-to-end migration projects and strong client-facing capabilities, preferably with experience working with Middle East clients. ● Should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work closely and effectively with clients while consistently delivering on time in an Agile environment. ● Skilled in API migration testing with hands-on experience using POSTMAN, REST API tools, and SOAP UI (open source) for testing SOAP, REST, and MQ-based middleware integrations. ● Strong expertise in SQL with hands-on experience in comparison testing, API automation, and CI/CD pipeline integration. ● Should have strong knowledge of performance testing, mobile testing, and functional testing. Experience related to end-to-end migration of IBM Integration Bus (IIB) services to IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE) on the Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4i) platform.
