Job description

We are in search of a competent financial leader with experience in the food and beverage sector to contribute to shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the efficiency of operational processes across all our branches.

Main Responsibilities:

• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans that support branch expansion and improve profitability.
• Food Cost Management: Monitor and analyze cost of goods sold, waste percentages, and inventory to ensure targeted profit margins are achieved.
• Preparation of Financial Reports: Oversee the preparation of periodic financial statements in accordance with international standards (IFRS).
• Budget and Cash Flow Management: Prepare branch budgets, monitor actual performance, and ensure liquidity for operations and suppliers.
• Compliance and Regulation: Ensure adherence to tax and regulatory frameworks (ZATCA) and coordinate external audits.
• Investment and Risk Analysis: Conduct feasibility studies for new branch openings and assess return on investment models (NPV & IRR).
• Team and Relationship Management: Lead the finance team and develop relationships with key banks and suppliers.

Skills

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master's preferred).
• Professional Certifications: CMA, CPA, or SOCPA preferred.
• Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the restaurant or retail sector.
• Technical Skills: Experience with ERP systems (such as ساب, Oracle, MS Dynamics) and POS software.
• Personal Skills: Strong analytical abilities, team leadership, and effective communication with senior management.
