Job description

As a maintenance technician, you will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for factory equipment and machinery, ensuring continuous and efficient operation while minimizing downtime and adhering to safety and quality standards

What You’ll Bring :

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment. 
• Inspect and diagnose technical faults in production lines, especially those related to transformer manufacturing. 
• Maintain motors, control panels, measurement devices, insulation systems, and other transformer components. 
• Read and accurately interpret electrical and mechanical schematics. 
• Use maintenance and testing tools (e.g., multimeter, insulation testers, voltage testers). 
• Record all maintenance and repair activities in the designated logs. 
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure efficient machine operation. 
• Strictly follow occupational health and safety procedures in the factory. 
• Contribute to improving maintenance procedures and reducing recurring issues. 

Skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. 
• Minimum 0-2 years of experience in maintenance work within industrial facilities.
• preferably in transformer manufacturing or heavy electrical equipment industries.
