Presales Engineer – Networking Solutions
Nour Net is seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer – Networking Solutions to join our team in Riyadh. This role supports our sales organization by designing, positioning, and presenting advanced network architectures that address customer needs and drive business growth. You will serve as the technical bridge between clients, sales teams, and internal engineering groups ensuring that proposed solutions deliver real operational and strategic value.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with account managers to understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable, high‑performance networking solutions. Design and present end‑to‑end network architectures including SDN, LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN, data center, cloud networking, and structured cabling. Lead technical discussions, workshops, and solution demonstrations with enterprise clients. Develop high‑quality technical proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution documentation. Conduct PoCs and pilot deployments to validate solution feasibility and performance. Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry best practices. Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to build competitive, innovative solution offerings. Stay current with emerging networking technologies, trends, and vendor roadmaps. Support post‑sales teams during handover to ensure smooth and successful project delivery.
Required Qualifications
Arabic speaker (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.4+ years of experience in networking, including 2+ years in a presales or customer‑facing technical role. Strong expertise in routing, switching, security, wireless, SDN, and SD‑WAN technologies. Hands‑on experience with major vendors such as Cisco, HPE, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto. Solid understanding of cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Proven ability to design enterprise‑grade network solutions.
Preferred Certifications CCNP / CCIE or equivalent. Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or similar security certifications. Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure).
