🌟 About the Role Lead the bank’s cards strategy across prepaid portfolios and drive the launch of new debit and credit card products. With clear ownership of portfolio growth, activation, engagement, and profitability, this role blends product lifecycle leadership, digital innovation, and execution oversight. You’ll be the day‑to‑day driver of performance across premium and mass segments, ensuring SAMA compliance and strong alignment with scheme partners.
🔑 Key Responsibilities Product Strategy: Define and execute cards strategy; launch new credit, debit, and prepaid products. Portfolio Management: Own lifecycle design, pricing, features, and benefits. Performance Optimization: Boost activation, spend, attrition, and profitability metrics. P&L Management: Balance interchange, rewards, fees, and costs. Rewards & Loyalty: Create programs that drive daily spend and stickiness. Digital Experience: Champion mobile-first journeys, fintech integrations, and personalized campaigns. Project Leadership: Deliver cross-functional projects, migrations, and feature upgrades. Partnerships: Build alliances with schemes, merchants, fintechs, and ecosystem partners. Leadership: Mentor teams, foster KPIs, and support the Head of Cards.
🎓 Requirements12–15 years in cards/retail banking, with 5+ years in leadership. Strong expertise in credit card product management and portfolio growth. Proven background in digital banking, cards, and project management. Knowledge of Saudi banking market, SAMA regulations, and payment trends. Fluent in English; Arabic preferred. Bachelor’s degree required.
