Key Responsibilities:• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service flow• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build guest loyalty• Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house teams• Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and events teams• Manage budgets, costs, and revenue performance• Uphold premium service, health & safety, and brand standards• Execute exclusive events, activations, and private dining experiences
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field• 5+ years of experience in luxury or fine-dining restaurant management• Strong previous management experience within lifestyle, luxury, and fine dining concepts• Demonstrated operational excellence, leadership presence, and a strong hospitality mindset• Exceptional communication, guest relations, and team leadership abilities• High attention to detail and passion for refined hospitality
